    I am 4 days out of surgery and thus far I believe that I am doing well. However I do feel like I am a cracked up mess waiting to shatter. I don't feel the confidence I had before the surgery. I find myself second guessing everything. I know this a huge part of mental activity, but I am questioning whether or not I can do this because I no longer see the light at the end of the tunnel. I have a wonderful support system when I know is key. Right now I don't look at them as the blessing that they are. Instead I look at them as another list of people, including myself, that I could potentially let down. I pray I find some serenity soon!
