  1. I know the first thing we should mention is how fabulous your weight loss is ( and it is!!! ) but I looked at your photo and thought wow she has amazing hair. I want your hair, or just some of it would do. It's like TV commercial quality, lol.
  2. It's so funny you started this thread! Today during my four hour nutritional class (right about hour three when I was bored and nodding off anyway) the presenter got to the part about taking vitamin supplements for life and how vitamin deficiency could lead to death, yadda yadda, I thought to myself well I am screwed if we have a Zombie Apocalypse. Being the class clown I am I almost said it aloud but I looked around and realized I was probably the only one who knew what a Zombie Apocalypse was. I am glad I can now have other people who know why I chuckled to myself over it.
  3. Thank you for all the feedback! I do have a job where I can sit a lot as needed and no heavy lifting either, so this makes me feel a lot better. @Pepper Paul - I am in the same situation, I will not be telling my office why I am taking off. It sounds like we should be ok going on a "vacation".
  4. Hi All! I am a newbie to the forums, but I have just been approved for the VSG and have a surgery date scheduled for 3/19. I searched for a thread with this topic, but didn't find anything so I apologize if I am duplicating something that is already posted elsewhere. I am curious as to how long everyone was off work. I know healing times vary from person to person, but I would like to know what everyone's average was. I am in 100% commissioned sales and will only have about a 9 days (spanning a weekend) to take off work and I am wondering if I will even be able to function after that? Input and feedback is appreciated!
  5. Me, me, mememememe! Thank goodness for the DVR and onDemand.
  6. Congratulations! I am coming out of creepy lurker status to comment on this thread because we seem to have very similar stats and I am wondering if you had co-morbities or did you submit on BMI only? I have Anthem BCBS as well and my paperwork was submitted on 1/30 and I am still waiting on approval. . I called on Friday and they said it was under review but they had a certain number of business days they were allowed to take to review. I am starting to worry just a little bit! Maybe with luck I will get an answer this week and we might end up both being March Sleevers!
