  1. I'm just curious if you feel tired more than usual from the Preop diet.. I plan on hitting the gym more this week to keep my mind off of the lack of food. I start my fast on Thursday for two weeks . I don't know if I should be lifting weights or just sticking to cardio
  2. There are vitamins you can take for the hair loss. My mom had gastric bypass and was losing her hair. She just gave me the bottle to start taking them before my sleeve surgery
  3. My surgery date is Feb 21st, I feel very similar with conflicting feelings...but I am also very excited to lose this weight . My doctor will put me on a two week protein diet. I believe that will start Feb 7th. I go for my pre op appt tomorrow. I am getting the gastric sleeve surgery'!
