Dexter, I go to those dealers too . We have to find healthy substitutes which sure won't be easy. I quit smoking cold turkey, but you can't just quit eating.

The younger you are, the more elastic your skin is, so some of it will "retreat" back to normal. Think of your loose skin as a badge of courage.

Wow. Just...wow. Did anyone ever give up anything before? Cigarettes, booze? The worst critics are the ones who have quit something. I think that's because they are really po'd because they can't have it. It's jealousy, plain and simple. Everyone's trip is on their own path. Let them see where it takes them.

All worth it, I hope (fingers crossed and knocking on wood).

Hey, the only time I don't eat is when I'm sad. Mad is the worst for me...I punish myself by over-eating. Sad or depressed, I find I do other crazy things like drastically cutting my hair or binge shopping without money (don't ask).

For real? Are they really doing a hysterectomy at the same time? I have a surgical hernia from my hysterectomy, will they fix that when they do my sleeve?
