  1. I am finishing my second week after VSG and am getting frustrated, because it seems like there are very few things that I can eat right now and my stomach not hurt. I am still trying to distinguish between pain (although it'c very little) and hunger (???) and trying to figure out what my body is trying to tell me. And then there is also distinguishing between gas and diarreah (BIG issue). I am in the pureed food stage (baby food, :tongue_smilie:although not appetizing, settles best on my stomach). I am also still doing protein shakes some, because they seem to satisfy and my belly's not upset after. I am trying to follow all the rules, but I am wondering how long until I can just eat something without it hurting? I also am feeling the "airy, burpy" thing going on when I swallow too much (which is more than a sip) at a time. Those of you who are way down the road, what do you think? :cursing:
