  1. My band is slipped to, I have to take out the fluid tomorrow. The doctor told me once the fluid is out the band my work its self back into place. I as well am scared to take out the fluid.
  2. So its been since November 2013 since I got my band. I have been very bad due to my Soda habit.... food I could care less about... How do I kick it? I am trying but the craving is so bad I give in. Yes I Know its not good for that band , in fact mine is slipped. What do I do??
  3. I may be having surgery to remove my Gallbladder. My doctor suggest that I have my band removed and change to the sleeve at the same time. Has anyone here done this? What do you all think?

  5. Hello, I am four and a half months post op. I went from 275 to 233. This process is sooo painfully slow it seems like its been forever. I am doing everything right. It seems like I should have lost more by now. Is it like this for everyone?

  10. Hello I'm 8 weeks post op the doctor released me for normal activity. I've worked out for at least an hour everyday last week and this week, however I have gained a pound. I don't get it. What an I doing worng?

  19. I'm technically not supposed to have oatmeal but I was out of cream of wheat I can only have protein such as pureed chicken ,tuna salad, chicken salad, egg salad Egg drop soup, scrambled eggs, yogurt cottage cheese, no carbs, no sugar,no vegetables, no fruit I Have lost 19 pounds in 3 weeks

  21. Hello , Sorry again I have more questions.I am 5 days post operative. I haven't had any nausea or vomiting fluids and pureed food go down fine. Today for breakfast I had about 3 ounces of oatmeal. Lunch I had about 3 ounces of egg drop soup. For dinner I had 3 ounces of low fat yogurt and later 3 ounces of low fat cottage cheese. This seems like a lot of food. Is this normal for most or to much?
  22. I am 5 days postoperative. The port area sometimes gets a muscle spasm feeling. Is this normal? Has anybody else ever experienced this?
