  1. I will have band placed September 19th and I am both excited and really nervous that I won't be able to handle such a huge change in my life!! Day 2 of pre-surgery diet and today I am not feeling so great...irritable and a little shaky!
  2. go into your profile and you can add current weight or BMI and current weight loss etc...
  3. what weight did you start at if you don't mind me asking?
  4. I will have lap band surgery the 19th. My biggest fear is exactly what you are saying about the scale not showing you what you feel it should at the point you are now. It is hard not to get anxious about seeing the pounds you have struggled to get off go quickly!! I am also afraid that I won't be able to eat some of the foods I also enjoyed... salads, and a good steak!! Also how to conquer the head hunger!! I wish you all the luck!!
  5. I will be having lap band surgery Sept 19th. I was told to have 4 protein shakes and 6 snacks they gave me a list to choose from. Yesterday was really hard but today is a bit easier. I am glad to hear you are doing well after surgery as I am very nervous. I currently weigh 278 with a BMI of 48. I would like to lose 100lbs as first goal!
