  2. Also if you eat a lot of salt you be one blotted and it can cause being over resisted. My surgeon recommend in the am drinking sips of Water to judge if it is a solid or liquid day. If the water goes smooth it is a solid day. If it sits and goes slow it is a liquid day. To must salt the day before or hormones can cause the blotting and to much restriction .
  3. Try going back to your pre-op diet for two weeks then move to the post op diet. This is what I do when I hit a bump in the road! It seems to help!
