  1. Thank you BandingMi. I noticed only one or two guys on here but decided what the heck. There is a lot of useful I formation on here, so I won't be going anywhere ???„
  2. I love reading the supportive comments and the support everyone is giving. I am scheduled for my Lapband on 11/21 (yes, the day before Thanksgiving). I am a little nervous but excited at the same time. I start my 2 week diet next week and I know that is the beginning of my new skinny and healthy life.
  3. I'm having my surgery at the True Results on Main St in Houston. When I went for my first appointment (consultation) I felt like it took forever. I was there for about 4 hours and met like 5 different people. They all seemed really nice. I have my pre op appointment on 11/14 and after reading the comments on here, I think I'm going to question them "rushing" people out of the door after survey because I will not be a happy camper if they do that to me LOL. My survey is 11/21 with Dr. Hollis.
  4. I have not had my surgery yet, but my doctor told me that if you still want to drink soda that it is okay, HOWEVER, you have to put it over ice and wait 15 min for the carbonation to go down before drinking it.
