  1. I get a weird tingly sensation at the back of my throat since ...... Any one else get this?
  2. Thanks everyone for the info. I'm not going to eat anything not recommended by my doctor but I was just curious if it was chewed really well if it would hurt. The surgery has not fixed my emotional, stress, and bored eating. I still have the urge to eat like I did before surgery and i'm working on channeling those anxieties in a different way but as we all know it takes time. Also I have read so many different diets out there post op. I've had to pretty much stop eating and smoking at the same time its so hard!!! But it helps getting encouragement from you guys to keep me on the right path in this journey
  3. Doctor has me on the same diet as before surgery yogurt pudding jello protein shakes juice and water. But I go Monday for my visit and I will talk to him about it. I think I miss chewing more than anything. Time for some sugar free gum lol
  4. So I have been browsing all the sleeve websites and some say pureed food 3 days post op. I had my sleeve Monday the 25 th and actually still get hungry pains and growling. Was curious if I mushed scrambled eggs and had them about a tablespoon full if it would hurt??
