I'm moving a Lil slower but nobody knows the difference. I didn't tell anyone but close family. I'm also ready to start my start to a new me. Next week I'm going to start my hour of speed walking. Also I won't get my first fill till July 6th that's why I need to start my workout regime. I also downloaded my fitness pal app. So good so far.

  12. My surgery is in may 22nd I've decided on purging my kitchen. If I don't I'm setting my self up for failure. I'm getting ride of the bad and ugly and keeping the good. It's us bandsters against the world from now on. Don't worry we got this.
  13. I'm just choosing to do this on my own. I've been fat on my own I've been depressed ion my own I've been unhealthy in my own and I'm paying for this surgery on my own. I've decided to put my foot down and do something about it. I'm not saying you all don't know how I feel but when the majority if your friends are fat and their not trying to change you just have to do it on your own. I'm eating better going to the gym and broke up with my boyfriend. I'm 25 it's time for me to start living.
  14. I feel it's your own personal choice. I'm choosing not to tell because even though the public can see I am overweight what goes through my mind is private. I'm the type of person to do things in my own. I have enrolled in karate class that starts a month after my surgery which is may22nd. I had brought it up to one of my friends that I might do it and she shunned it. I started going to the gym and I believe my friends are sabotaging me. They always want to go out to eat n drink. I have turned them down quite a few times.
  15. I'm 25 and I'm not telling anyone but my little sister about my surgery. I am ready to make this change. I'm a college student working on my second bachelors degree. I was saving for a new car but decided on the lap band my health is more important.
