  1. I just decided to sign up, as I have been lurking for a while. I am getting my surgery on April 16th, after almost a 5 month long process. It is finally hitting me and I am scrambling to get everything in order before Monday. My name is Meaghan, I am 28, and have a 3.5 year old son. So far I have lost about 14lbs with the pre-op diet. My goal weight is 140, but before that I would like to get under 200lbs. I also work weekends part time, so I won't have too much time to relax beforehand. I am only taking a week off from work as it is a new job. It's a physical job, so I will just have to avoid anything heavy. It will be hard to keep from picking my son up too.
