    I moved on to the mushy stage in my diet and seem to not be loosing anymore. I am a week and a half post-op and i have lost 26 pounds since starting my liquid pahse two weeks before my surgery date. I know that is great to have lost that much so far. I guess i am just worried that i might be doing something wrong since i am not loosing anymore. does any one have any suggestions. I dont want this to detour me but it makes me scared that i am going to start gaining weight when i start eating normal again.

    Hello I am 4 days post-op and dont really know if what i am feeling or expericencing is normal. I know where the shoulder pain is comming from but i dont know how i am supposed to feel when eating. I havent really felt hungry so to speak. my stomach has been doing some growling but i eat when this happens. When i eat, i eat the ammount that my doctor has instructed me to eat and i dont know if i am feeling full. I guess i expected to feel more when i ate and that i would have a clear sign of when i needed to stop. Is this normal for only being 4 days post op? I just feel like i am doing something wrong. Does anyone have any suggestions?
