  1. I have a question. I will be sleeved in January and my husband was sleeved last August. As with most husbands and wives I am the "watcher". He has done really well, has lost 77 pounds in four months. (They said it falls off of men) My question is, he gets his 80 gm of protein in a shake every morning. Then his diet consists of the following, cheese, wheat thins and sugar free popsicles and maybe some peanuts, maybe six. If I cook some chicken and a vegetable he will eat a small portion and forgo the wheat thins and cheese but is addicted to the popcicles. He has continued to lose doing this. I was just a little worried about getting what he needs. Hopefully I will not have the same problem.
