yes this was my experience too... the first day or 2 sip sip ... and then i could drink i mean no guzzle but drink slowly without pain .... now days shy of 7 months out and things have some what returned to normal just with smaller portion sizes ( : congrats and best of luck to you

I'm just days shy of my 7 month surgeriversary!!!!! Yay!!!! Ok, so i'm 7 months out and I feel great. My clothes are L/M in Tops and Meduim/ 9 in bottoms (can squeeze into some7/8) and a size 36 waist that's crazy ... even my feet have lost weight from 9 to 7 1/2... I'm feeling better than ever !!! I've lost 81 pounds and I'm LOVING IT!!! the 1st pic is hard for me to see hard because i Know how unhappy i was at that weight. I'm so happy that i decided to do something about it ... YES ... i still have this problem 6 months out ... nothing taste the same anymore... I just look at it this way- Food is Fuel for my body and so I eat what I need to keep it running properly. Don't get me wrong I do treat myself every now and then to foods that really taste good- I like to think of this as Premuim Fuel and I don't do it all the time just because Premuim usually comes at a higher price JUST LIKE GAS ... The higher priced Premuim usually equal to weight gain or more time at the gym... either way- I HATE THE COST... #STICKING2REG(most day LOL!!! )

For me it's harder to find clothes but seeing these post makes me want to look harder ... : )

YES I do Relax my hair. I just relaxed it right before new years ... prior to that it had been 3 months since a relaxer... I have lost half of my hair at this point and doing my best to try and make sure I don't lose anymore but still losing ... what can I say about the relaxer : ( a good bit came out when I relaxed it... and I don't relax BONE STRAIGHT. The sad part of it all is I have finally learned how to care for my hair and it was and still is very long and healthy looking for a African American woman I have 12" inches on my head before when it was FULL I would get tons of compliments on it ...people would ask or assume it was a weave... ONLY Relax it if it is absolutely necessary... I'm going to try another 3 month stretch in hopes that I will have new growth soon...

congrats hun ... there is progress in your pics ... I think you look good and the weight is coming off... i have nothing more to add.... my fellow sleeve have said it alll just wanted to tell you - you look great ... stay focused and try the lilmissdiva boot camp it worked for me i was stuck for awhile so i know how you feel ...

thanks I use the heat protection spray and love it ... but I hate the smell... but i works really well ... I'll give it a try ... Is anyone else using it and, is it working for you post-op ?????
