  1. I am doing better. I was low on potassium and zinc.The intolerances make food choices so limited. I miss eating fruits and vegetables.
  2. What can I do to get more energy? I'm four weeks tomorrow. I'm so drained I don't care that I've lost 24 pounds.
  3. I had a nine hour car ride. My doctor prescribed a pain patch and it helped. I kept the seat reclined a little and rested my arms on my belly. Ask for assistance when transferring or necessary.
  4. WLS has really made my wheat and milk intolerances more pronounced and painful. I'm finding it hard dealing with the emotions. It's like greiving. Will I ever stop?
  5. The regular size blood pressure cuff fits! I'm three weeks out and down 24 pounds.
