  1. Had my surgery 1/10/11 and feel like this is the thing that is saving my life in the long run. Had my first fill yesterday so am on mushies for today. Trust in your surgeon, psychologist, diatician and most of all yourself. I think every person on this board would agree that we all felt the same thing you are right before surgery. It is normal. Good luck to you. Michelle
  2. I was banded the 10th so we are pretty close in our journey. I have my first fill tomorrow and am very excited. I am extremely hungry and feel ike it I wanted to I could sit and eat like I use to. Looking forward to a little restriction anyway. Stuck at 16 pound loss and havent lost anything since going on solids last week.
  3. Ok I am new to this site. I was banded on 1/10/11. It is hard to believe after all the classes and nutrition visits that the day after surgery I acted like I had no idea what I was suppose to eat. Almost 6 days out and I amj ready for some kind of food to chew. The liquids is killing me
  4. We are in this journey about the same time. I was banded 1/10/11. As far as getting rid of the gas walking is the best. I have been on my treadmill the last 2 days a mile a day and I feel so much better. I have read that if you lay a heating pad on the area it seems to help
