Hey y'all- I'm 16 years out from my lap band. I was 245 then, this photo is me today at 53 years old, 6'0" and 182. I am absolutely nothing special. If I can do it then you can do it. I've cheated, wretched, had set backs, days I regretted it, etc and so forth. So if you're having those issues, those setbacks- I'm telling you, no I'm promising you, those moments are just part of the journey and those tough days are OK. You're not failing if you have setbacks because that just means you're still trying. Good luck and God bless.
