This is my first post...I really wanted to respond to your comment about your wgt being the cause of your love...his lost! Now on to the band, I got banded 3/27/08, and I am down 50 pds...it has been slow but at one point I stopped exercising...take my word exercise is good!!! Start moving and dont stop!!! The band provides restriction but you MUST do the WORK...it is NOT magic, start making adjustments NOW...it makes for SUCCESS!!! My healing time was great, no complications! And yes I have hanging tissue! I am exercising so I see light at the end of the tunnel or sound I say TIGHT at the end of the tunnel! You can DO IT! Good luck!
