    Life is good. I am very excited about being thinner and more healthy. I have 6 grandchildren and would love to continue a strong relationship with them.

    Hope all is well with you. I love your picture.

    Do you have support at home? My husband has been a blessing. He makes my breakfast every a.m. and does our grocery shopping. Reallly pays attention to the protein, fat and sugar in foods.
