Hi Adrienne, and everyone else. I had a number of ups and downs over 2 years but have lost only 48 lbs so far, and very slowly. How do you keep up with the mucous problem,

    also, is there anyone who is 60 and over who has had this done? Is the slowness my age or metabalism? I seem to eat only a fraction of what I did before, but some days it is easy to eat and some days it is harded, due to mucous build up. comments?
