In my face people say that you can see a big difference. I can tell that my chin is no longer like a triple chin, but otherwise not much...but now my boobs..wow. I've gone from a 44DD to a 38D...victorias secret! w00t!! w00t!! Also I can wear the undies f -

This is probably where I can see the most difference. My back fat is really disappearing and my butt has really shrunk..well kind of. It no longer touches my butt and I actually have a lower-back..big change! Down 81lbs, weight 247 -

March '09 -
March '09 Beginning weight was328, and my weight in these pictures, was 286. -
March '09. This is me down 42lbs since surgery. And that's my total weightloss because I did not have a preop diet. This is also my gym outfit so, no I didn't lose all of my boobs, but they were squished because I was wearing a sports bra. =) -

One Year Post Gastric Bypass
I had my gastric bypass in February of 2025. In December I had 360⁰ lower body lift/tummy tuck, breast reduction/lift/augmentation. I'm still recovering from that surgery, but I'm doing well! I started at over 300 (probably 315?), and today I'm at 191. I'm still 26lbs from my goal weight, but I'm glad to be going slow and getting stronger every day!
