Just wanted to do a 3 month update! I had my surgery on 8/31/2016 in Atlanta, GA. Highest weight 330lb.... surgery weight 319lb...... current weight 265lb. I can truly say I feel great! I'm not where I want to be but the progression there has definitely been enjoyable even when my weight stalled. To everyone who's just starting their journey keep pushing you will be glad you did in the end. Happy Holidays

I'm 2 months out I'm a little concerned about the holidays and all the parties and stuff anyone have a plan locked in place to prevent slip ups I want to make sure I don't misuse or abuse my new tool I'm still learning

@@My4Brownies I feel the same way. My surgery was 11/8 and I'm only down 13 lbs. I think it's my age I'm 48.

I had my procedure done at the Peachtree Surgical and Bariatrics/Surgery center of Atlanta my surgeon was Dr. Tuggle

Do you use a smaller plate? If not-- go out and get yourself a really nice (but smaller) special plate that will look more full with a smaller amount on it.. go for that turkey and other Proteins first..and listen to your tummy She'll let you know lol.
