I was sleeved on 2/9. My highest weight was 245. Maybe 235 at time of surgery. I'm about 3 months out and today weighed in at 183. I am 5'2.

That's awesome!! I hope I'm like that. I hear that the smaller you are the harder it is to lose and I'm definitely not small but not as big as some people start out. The more you have to lose, the fast you lose.

How much weight did you lose and how long has it been since your surgery? What surgery did you have done? Just curious!

I've noticed a lot of people lose about 10lbs a month.. Seems like you're where you should be so far.

Hiya! Im 5'2 and my highest was 272 (way before surgery) the day of surgery Oct 5, 2016, i was 248.8 and today i am 152.4lbs. My lowest was 140. Trying to get back to that maybe lower. Ultimate gw is 120. That would put me at 152lbs total loss. Im obsessed lol. But I've been teetering from 140s to 150s for some months now. My eating had changed but im changing it right back for the better. Cant go gaining all that weight back[emoji6]

And it took less than a year. My nutritionists goal for me was 150. No less than 140. But we shall see[emoji4]
