Hard couple of weeks

Hi,

I am 72lbs down and almost 4 months out. Not a bad way to start off on the sleeve. But I've

been having a bad last 2 weeks! Due to PCOS I believe I started bleeding June 21st and with a couple of interventions, the bleeding is much better now.

Although the last few days I have been on ortho novum 1/35 taking 4 tabs a day for 5 days. The bleeding has actually stopped the 2nd day or so. The problem is that my weight has hardly budged these last 2 rotten weeks! I am getting FRUSTRATED.

I believe most of this is due to my hormones going nuts and my body not knowing what to do....perhaps from such fast weight loss? Perhaps my body is being flooded with estrogen?

(I had a D&C and received 2 units of blood June 30th due to the bleeding)

Actually, shouldn't PCOS get BETTER with weight loss??

How can I get back on track with my weight loss and focus? Should I go back to a clear or full liquid diet for a week or so?

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED, I'M LOSING MY MIND HERE!

Thanks, Dinah (Hope this wasn't too confusing)

This does sound frusterating! However, you do need to LIVE through bleeding and complications first.....then you can have the luxury to lose weight. Please be kind to yourself. Don't lose sight on what's most important! Trust your body to know when it needs to protect itself.
