Hi Everyone

My name is Vickie and I had my gastric sleeve surgery on 10/1/18. I am very excited to come across this website because having support of people who have gone and are going through this process makes all the ups and downs bearable. It's been 1 month since my surgery and have lost 25 lbs and prior to surgery, I lost 30 lbs. The challenge that I am undergoing is still being able to keep my protein intake. I hope to connect with people who are going through this process and make new friends.

HI Vickie -

I just joined this group today, too. I am scheduled for the Sleeve on Dec. 18. I am looking forward to the support of this group and plan to give it back once I'm in a healthier position. It would be nice to find a couple of key mentors that have been in my similar position. Any takers?
Thanks,

Nicole
