I'm scheduled to get my sleeve in July. Anyone else getting theirs in July too? I'm so nervous.

July 23rd is my date. just got approved. Not really nervous yet, just excited. My doctor does not require you to do the liquid diet prior to surgery anyone else been thru it and not have to do the the pre diet?

My surgeon is only requiring a 3 day liquid diet before surgery.

My surgeon requires liquid diet for two weeks prior to surgery. I start my liquid portion July 13 with my surgery date being July 27. I think I'm more nervous about that than the surgery.

Hello! My surgery date is July 21st Pre Op exams on June 29th Is anyone interested in a group? I have one for May and June but id be more than happy to make one for July

I just scheduled my VGS for July 13th. I could have gotten it done in April, but I had work issues that I have sorted out. I'm nervous because I feel like I have so little time to get everything done! I'll have to do a 10 day liver reduction diet which I'm worried about feeling full enough on. We have a small trip planned right before I go bak to work so I'm excited about that as well, but not as excited for a Disney trip we haven't even planned yet. I'm happy about being able to enjoy it with my kids when the time comes!!

I have the Lap Band, I have had my band since September 2003 and have now decided to get the sleeve. After reading a post on this thread, I realized I am closer than I realized to my date! And ready to get this done!

I am also July 1st!! Super excited! Your the 1st one I've seen with the same date as me ????

I'm July 1st too! I had the band in 2009. I've lost 49lbs. My band has slipped, so I'm going with the sleeve. I'm also in Houston, TX! Good luck!
