Hi!! My name is Mary Kate. I am 32 and my date is October 6. I'm in northern va and will be having sleeve with dr Moazzez at fair oaks. I'm a low bmi starting out but a recent sleep apnea diagnosis got me the ok from federal bcbs!

I'm so ready to get this done! Busy now with preop appointments and tests. Excited to get to know y'all!

Officially got a date of 10.19

I'm a special ed teacher, I'm doing 1st week off and possibly half days the 2nd week. Depending upon how I'm feeling.
I'm a teacher too. I'm taking one day shy of two weeks. It will be rough going back, but going to try to sit as much as possible. Yeah right!! Lol

October 19th! I'm so excited! We are so close!

Thinner me, it's hard to sit. Having small groups makes somewhat easier for sitting.

MKinNova, I'll be having my surgery in Fair Oaks as well, but it's with Dr. Fitzer.

I am Oct. In Fair Oaks too...

What's your date??

My surgeon is Dr. Halmi. Either 10/7 or 10/14 my paperwork was submitted to insurance today.

@@"SleevenChica" I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Please let us know how it works out.

I am also on track for bypass on the 12th. I am so excited.

Congratulations on your surgery!
