I got a call this morning from the hospital that my surgury is scheduled for July 26. I had no idea that it was going to happen so fast. My feelings immediately went from excitement to fear. I guess that is normal. The first task is trying to find babysitters for all my children. I have seven of them lol. I have four of my own and three step children that I take care of full time. I have a wonderful supportive husband, but his ex is not that helpful at all. This is all so sureal. I am very excited to start my journey. I have to go in for bloodwork tommorow and an akg. I have a pre-op apointment july 14th. I can't believe this is happening still kind of shocked. Is there anyone who has the same date as me? Would love to have some sisters I am so happy right now.

Thank you I am excited. I am having my surgery by Dr. Metz at the Parker Adventist hostpital in Parker, Colorado.

YAY NINA!!! Congrats on getting your date. I just got mine today. I had the same emotions as you. I wish I could do it tomorrow instead of going through 3 weeks of up and down emotions. EEEEKKKK!!! I can't wait to read all your posts and OMG girl....I had a home preschool for 3 years.....and you almost have as many kids as I kept w/o the pay! I can't imagine how great you are going to feel chasing after these rugrats after losing weight! AWESOME!!
