I am 4 years postop Gasteric Bypass . I was very successful and lost 140lbs . My body is currently dumping even when I use artificial sweeteners. Has anyone ever experienced this too this far after surgery ?

Doctors will know best. Contact your team if you can but maybe try taking a short break from them (really hard I know to see if things improve) You may have developed an intolerance/allergy or it maybe something else completely
