Four days on clear liquid . Water, 2 servings of broth, popsicles, and gatorade . I’m starving with no energy; dreading tomorrow when I have to pretend I’m sick while cooking and smelling food I love. I’m tired and feeling drained. I know it’s only two days ways. But....

Walking and gentle stretches helped me a lot.

Switching off the Rx Narcotic as soon as I could... and onto only liquid Tylenol helped my guts start to work again.

Don't nap for longer than 30 minutes during the day...you'll lose precious hydration hours.

I had a On-cue infusion pain pump. The wires had a leak before it entered my body. I remove them today, and my pain is minimal.

I’m on a clear liquid diet for a week after my surgery, and I’m supposed to be drinking clear protein water. Not having a problem drinking fluids, it’s more of a problem drinking the protein water, because it taste so bad. I was hoping to get some suggestions on how to get it down.
