Do you know if I should be focusing on keeping my calories below a certain number? I'm 4weeks out and I eat an avg of 700-850calories and I'm getting all my Protein Vitamins and Water in. I have been working out 5days a week for the last 2weeks. I feel like I'm eating more calories than others in my time frame but I feel like I am starving myself if I eat only 500 calories and burn 700 working out. Is there a right answer??? Thanks for your time!!!

Oh wow... Great job. I am a month out and I'm excited about having 2 feel good days in a row.

Feel good like you ate healthy or have energy? Either way yay for that!!! I'm happy that I am becoming hooked on working out again!!! I haven't been this into for years and it makes me happy the rest of the day. Yay!
