Question about pee color (sorry)

Hi guys,

sorry for the wierd questions,

When you pee and it comes out clear like Water does it mean that

1) you are not burnning any fat? OR 2) you are drinking too much water

======================================

If your pee is very yellow and dark, does it mean what it means?

1) you are burning a lot of fat OR 2) you are not drinking enough water.

Urine should look like Water and poop should float, believe it or not. ;)

LMBO :pound:At least I can say my pee is clear most of the time (except after my vitamins), but my poop has never floated. I believe what you say b/c you seem to be very intelligent, but this struck me as funny.

Huh I always thought it was the opposite Wheetsin, that your poop was supposed to sink, if it floated you were sick. But I heard that many years ago, lol, either way I love this thread. Hehe ;)

Opera had a doctor "forgot his name" but he authored the book called "You - the owners manual" and he advociated the "poop" float... the sinking kind is bad but the floating kind is good.

He also brought on the show real live (I mean dead) intenstines and showed healthy vs unhealthy... wow that was gross but interesting. Made me want to get my Fiber in for life.
