My insurance and union approved me for lap band surgery despite what was written in my contract!!!!! I am so happy! I could not stop crying when I hung up with my doctors office! This is the beginning of my life!!!! Andddd it only took 2 days to get approved!!

Sometimes I still don't believe it!

The best part is 6 months later feeling better than ever and watching the incredibly shrinking you! Good luck!!!

Congrats! You and I are 24 hours apart. I got my approval yesterday. I am still in a state of shock???³ Do you have any idea of op. date yet?

I know the feeling and congrats I got my approval from my insurance today! The first day of our new lives! So very excited! my doctors office said I could be banded be as little as 3 weeks!

My surgery date is set for February 6!!
