I'm new here, planning to have lap-band through Dr. Fox's office. How much of a smack-down do you get if you don't comply with the 3oz of food a day?

I'm not necessarily interested in fast weight loss- just long term weight loss. I will certainly try to do the program, because obviously he's found success with it. I'm just not as interested in the quick results.

I've chosen his office because they seem to know what they're doing AND the location is convenient for me.

Anybody just sick to death of clear liquids and want to chew something? I am. I am only three days post-op but it feels like I have only been drinking clear liquids for 100 years! waaaaaaahhhhh.......... *help*
