Thought I'd start a thread to see how many people are in Mass and what city they are from. You can also put in your stats if you'd like!

Hello,

My name is Bekkie I live in Uxbridge Ma. I was banded on Oct. 17,2007 by Dr Paul Arcand at Worcester Medical Center. I have had 5 fills and finally have restriction. So far I have lost 70 lbs ( 20 before and 50 after surgery). Does anyone else go through the program at Fallon clinic ?

Greetings from Western MA (Amherst to be exact). During my yearly physical last week my PCP mentioned that I might be a candidate (...for President :) -nah!) for weight loss surgery. 245 5'2". Yeah, she's right! So..right now I am reading a lot, learning what I can and getting ready for the best part of my life!

Anybody else from Western Mass? I guess I would be going to Mercy Hospital or Baystate?? I've got an appointment w/ my PCP on the 1st (April Fools Day...how appropriate LOL!!) to get the ball rolling.

I look forward to sharing my journey.
