Hello!

I am doing great. Down 50 (but I have a lot to lose!). I haven't had salads yet but I have had cucumber slices with tuna fish and tolerated that well so prob can do that soon! Still just trying to get ALL that Water in, and ALL the multivitamins, and ALL the Protein and now miralax ugh! What multi vits are you on? I'm tired of these chewables 4x a day! I would rather just do a capsule lol

Hi, not into cucumbers.

My doc only has me on one multi Vitamin ,b complex, zinc , and folic acid. I don't crush or chew them anymore. Just swallow them lol . the multii vitamin i take are prenatal ones. My choice.I c my doc Oct 13th. . haven't any problems with any files of have eaten so far, I still do one Protein Drink a day , eat a lot of fish, cottage cheese , started my coffee in mornings bout 2 weeks ago, other than that o drink water water water lol. Continued luck to all!

I've lost 40 pounds (sleeved on 07/17). People are REALLY starting to notice a difference and have been commenting...

Hey guys if anyone is interested in joining a group meant for anyone to say whatever they want without fear of being removed send me a message :) Lots of July sleevers there but anyone is welcome.

Just over 2 months out and I'm down 59 pounds :)

I'm pretty frustrated but trying to keep my head up. I'm 9 weeks out today and down 33 pounds since surgery. I've had 3 weeks with no loss at all, a 2 week stall that started around 3 weeks and now I've been stalled for the past week. It's really hard not to get down about it.

Eta: Also meant to mention that I lost 14 pounds in the first week. So really I've only lost 19 pounds in 8 weeks.

Fairly regular. I feel like I'm doing everything right and don't know what I could change, so it's just frustrating. I eat mostly chicken and shrimp, get 80-100g of protein a day, and average 600-700 calories a day. My surgeon said I should be getting more calories so I forced myself to eat more these last 4 days and averaged 800-900 calories. I ended up showing a .4 gain at my weigh-in this morning. (I know it's not a true "gain" and more just a fluctuation.)

  • 2 weeks later...

Im looking for people who are around the same surgery date as myself..July 27. I feel like im all alone at my 11 weeks journey. I have noone to compare progress to, noone to lok to to see if im at the point im supposed to be at. This is driving me nuts.

Ive lost 52lbs in 11 weeks, so im happy but i just need someone to talk to.

I was sleeved on July 20th. That's pretty close to your date. I haven't weighed in a couple of weeks but two weeks ago I was at 49 lbs down. I avg about 2 lbs a week. I'm halfway to goal. Does that help?

I was sleeved july 11. I'm down 37 lbs and have about 23 to go. My bmi was 30 when I started and I'm down to 19.6!! Once I got into the normal bmi range, my loss slowed down significantly. I'm working out lots so the muscle gain is reflected on the number on the scale too so I try to focus on how I look and feel rather than that pesky number on the scale.

I was sleeved 7/27 and I'm down 40 pounds (65 including pre-op). I'm pleased with that but wish it was more, I've been through two stalls that each lasted two weeks.
