I want to try it....not sure where to start so I'm asking my bariatric friends.

Anybody have suggestions...would really appreciate it

It's a sad story that I cannot tolerate rice quite well neither if it's the plain rice but japanese rice is a bit softer and stickier so I can eat a little. Haven't had any sushi since surgery I'm only 2 months out but love to try some day.
