    I have a just over a month of physician supervised weight loss, an EGD, and then final blood tests. Trying to learn to chew slower and take longer to eat. So far I still suck at it!

    Hi guys. I'm in Phoenix and Dr. Sprunger's office just submitted to my insurance last Friday. Probably won't hear anything for a month or so. Would love to get in contact with you guys!!
