Workout Dvds anyone?

Hi Everybody, What do you all think about working out at home? My sister gave me a dvd called '' Walk off the pounds" with Leslie someone. I like the privacy aspect of it. I don't feel ready to join a gym at this stage to be honest. Any ideas? Thanks. Susannah

I always like Dr Phil's motivation of making yourself accountable . His hint was don't allow yourself to watch tv until you get your exercise done. It really helped motivate me way back in June of 06. Now I swear it is like brushing my teeth . I look for ways to burn extra calories during the day. Who would of thunk it?
