I have really enjoyed discovering my inner carnivore.

Before surgery' date=' starches had a grip on me. I ate them all the time, and I had to eat every 2 or 3 hours or my blood sugar would bottom out and I would feel awful. Funny, eating made me feel better immediately, but also made me feel worse overall.

Bye bye starches. Nice knowing you.[/quote']

Won't miss that spike energy high and then bam.

Won't miss eating sweets or carbs until feeling ill.

Yuck

Stay away from all movie theater and microwave popcorn. Popcorn is better without the added fat and chemicals.

omg...i had some movie popcorn tonite...paid for it dearly. Very nauseous! Won't do this again!

Oh yeah, the butter on the movie theatre popcorn is killer! I have to stay far away from that stuff, makes me sick every time.
