One month today until surgery.... stress headaches?

Today is the one month marker to my new life/beginning… I am super excited but now I am getting really really nervous too!

Any advice on how to handle it!

Anything you wish you had thought to do before surgery? Any advice?

I have had a really bad stiff neck and terrible headaches for a week… I thought it was a virus, but now I am wondering if they are stress headaches???
