I came home right after my surgery on Wednesday. All I have done is sleep. I feel a little better this AM. I plan to go back to work on Monday. I am on the liquid phase and I use injury protein. Is there any other good brands I should try that have more flavors? I don't like the soup flavor because I like my soup hot and it just clumps up.

I am 5 weeks post LBS today and I have only lost 4 lbs. I have not had a fill yet. I see the doctor on the 19th. I don't know what to do I am so disappointed. I can't eat like I used to, but I can hold more than a cup. Has anyone out there had this expriece
