That doesn't mean anything to me. What foods are you allowed to eat? Soft? pureed? Full diet?

I know it's not acid bc I take Prilosec everyday, and neither Pepcid trial or Tums trial made it any better.

I eat chicken as well, plus tuna, eggs and ground turkey. I tried beef, but did not go so well. I am getting 70 plus grams of Protein in daily, and over 70 oz liquids.

I get full fast when I eat, so I stop eating bc I thought I am supposed to stop when my body says stop. Maybe I need to slow eating down more, so I can get a little more in at my mini- meals.
