So weird and totally confused

So I have been dieting to get my 10% of and I have been working my little tail off . So I have.been doing real good until a week and a half ago I had a stall and nothing I did got the scale moving so then last night I had a meltdown and just started eating and eating I am ashamed to say it but I even went to toco bell ... So anyways I got to bed and when I woke up this morning and get on the.scale to see the damage of what I had done the night before and to my suprise I had dropped almost 5 pounds and I checked a.few times to see if the scale was correct . Has any one ever had this happen before ? Im so confused
