Sharp Pain in my shoulders

Does anyone else have this problem? I am having sharp pains in both shoulders. The area is in the front between my collar bone and my shoulder. What should I be doing for this? BTW I'm 7 months post op. Thanks.

    Chris, do you have some reason for thinking this is band-related? Maybe it's a muscle spasm from overactivity or something?
