Anyone know the current wait list time for NMCP?

I called Tricare and asked if the wait was too long could I go offbase and they said yes if the clinic at NMCP released my referral. I would like to get the surgery done onbase, but in a reasonable amount of time. I know that it used to be years, but I've heard the wait is significantly shorter lately.
