Blockage

How do you help yourself get through a blockage quicker or less painfully? I have had a couple....though it's entirely my fault. I eat too fast. I'm learning but definitely the hard way. I just don't know what I'm supposed to be doing when I'm in the midst of one. Walking? sitting? trying to drink water? rubbing my belly, my chest? trying to vomit? They are just so painful. I know I have to start eating slower, I'm really trying. In the meantime I could use some help with this. Thanks so much!

And the winner is......The recipe with meat tenderizer. It seems to have done the trick. Of course now I'm afraid to eat anything...hahaha. Let's hope that stays with me. I didn't get to try some of the other things but wrote them down with the recipe and put it on my fridge for future reference.

Thank you all so much for your help.
