My port has moved

I was banded May 6th and went for my first fill under fluoro about 2 weeks ago. My port was facing up instead of facing out, which makes it harder to access. I went from 4.5 to 6cc in a 14cc band. I don't feel any more restricted and have actually gained 5lbs in the last 2 weeks. I am very nervous about getting my next fill in the doctors office because I can't even feel where my port is and I don't want them fishing around my abdomen with a big needle. When the PA did it under fluoro I had a big bruise on my abdomen for about 2 weeks. I'm so frustrated about all of this.

Lie on your back and lift your feet up a few inches and see if you can feel it more easily.

The port will shift as the weight comes off the belly area and should also become easier to access. Hopefully it will shift so that it is facing out a little better too...
