Hi Everyone!

I'm a newbie to the site and new to the lapband procedure. I was banded on March 31,2009 by Dr. Joseph Burnette in Albany, Ga. I'm still on the full liquid part of the post diet and doing really well. I had two weeks of the sugar busters diet before surgery and haven't cheated AT ALL (woohoo)! The only people that know about my band are my husband,my parents, and my doctors. I'm not ashamed of my band, just don't feel like I need to tell everyone about my personal life. I am on the site to meet others with the lapband, make new friends, and get good recipes that I can have and my family will enjoy too!

Good Luck to you all!
